At the same time, the company Avimi Serv S.R.L. meets the audit criteria and is subject to annual external financial audit in accordance with the provisions of the O.M.F.P. no. 1802/2014 for the approval of the Accounting Regulations regarding individual annual financial statements and consolidated annual financial statements, with subsequent amendments and additions.
